Psychic and cosmic should be split honestly
Psychic was originally more for ESP and zen while cosmic would be for the space mons who have cosmic powers. It could also finally give ice and bug the boost they need.

The Cleffa line would probably be retyped, again, or possibly just have it as a secondary.

Deoxys would be retyped or have it as a secondary depending on the type compatibility. Would the BUs have it? Sogaleo/Lunala would naturally, but the other ones I'm not sure on.
