You know it's also fun and enjoyable to win games, right? That's kinda why people like doing it.

Mons that are blatantly hacked in, say something with an ability and moves that it could never have otherwise, could never be used in online play (especially now). Most of the time, mons that are hacked in can only have the stats, moves, abilities, and other shit that natural mons can. That way, they can actually be used online. Because of that, there isn't really an unfair advantage. If your team of natural mons loses to a team of hacked mons, it's only your fault for making a bad team, since the other guy's mons only have the qualities of natural mons like yours.

While it is true that it requires much less effort for a hacker to revise their team than it does for a breeder, that's what Showdown is for. That way, you don't have a bad team in the first place.
