So what about staraptor? Even if fearow was totally unique, niche does not equal good. Tropius has a niche of being a grass/flying type subseeder that can abuse harvest and deal with other grass types with air slash, but it's still a garbage pokemon. Same with fearow. It's brutally outclassed in everything in tries to do. Get over it :^)
