Most humans are normal type, with mostly, if not all, physical attacks, and lots of status moves. Stats are pretty good, but low special attack.

Fighting humans are also common, and would have a similar move pool to normal types. Likely has higher physical stats.

Swimmers and such might be considered water or normal types. Again, mostly physical moves, with a few special attacks. Stats tend to favor physical.

Psychic humans would usually have higher special attack, and maybe even access to some elemental attacks, like flame thrower, or thunderbolt, depending on the nature of their powers.

Now, consider how humans were shown to stack up against pokemon in the anime. I haven't watched since kanto, but I recall Bruno running circles around a particularly huge onyx. Also, humans can handily survive powerful pokemon attacks.

On the whole, humans in the pokemon universe are very powerful. I mean, they'd have to if they want to control these monsters. Their talents usually lend themselves to a powerful support or utility role, however.

Humans are the best endurance runners on planet earth, and our size is reasonably impressive. Over the eons we've lost quite a bit of bulk to better facilitate a more efficient, nomadic diet, and so that we maintain the delicate balancing act of remaining on two legs.
Humans are remarkably tough, and while relative to our size we are weedy fucks, there is a solid chance you have more brute strength then any given dog or other animal of between 1 and 4 feet in size.
Unfortunately, we have a weird as fuck experience bracket that doesn't increase when we beat monsters, but instead performs enough microcalculations to make Dwarf Fortress look minimalist.
Our movepool, as previously stated, is shoddy, but we always have our tutor movepools open to us that have many unique moves, which is useful in a new meta, even if it takes a tremendous amount of a unique resource, MP (Motivation Points) to learn them. We get mainly weak normal and fighting moves like Tackle, pound, low kick, and constrict, though we do get some coverage, like Bite, Rock Throw, and Sand Attack. Totor moves are mainly better versions of what has been stated.

Fucking Humanoid goop and a giant battleship have the same base stats, as does an alien overlord and Mecha Tyranitar which ironically, is weaker than regular TTar (but faster) offensively and defensively (same BST though).
