Breed the HA to get a female w/ HA so 80% possibility of passing HA on (Something mega important for any breeder to know)
Breed this new female and BB Male, 40% chance of BB w/ HA.

1. Fish up a Dratini in SM, and catch it in a Beast Ball (preferably a female, but it doesn't really matter since you can just breed a female one after)
2. Put the male HA Extremespeed Dragonite in the Daycare with the female Dratini.
3. Breed until you get one in a Beast Ball with the HA.
4. Take that one and and make some breedjects with a Ditto.
