Why?

I play wit Gastrodon and he completely walls the Leech Seed + substitute + protect + heavy slam Celeteela.
They end up rage quitting after running out of Heavy Slam pp or seeing Gastrodon use recover.

My advice is to drop protect or substitute in Celesteela and use toxic instead.

Kartana>Pheromosa (if doubles with no Lunala, as Lunala is the Kartana slayer and Pheromosa works better for attacking Lunala than it)
Lunala>Solgaleo (Lion is a metagross v2, Lunala is pretty much, if not the best gen 7 mon in battle)

Design wise I like Celesteela and Buzzwole the most, then Pheromosa and Kartana in that order.

Lunala is also much better in Ubers than Solgaleo.
Oranguru is more relevant in doubles than Passimian.
Both lycanrocs are shit but midday is technically better.

No. There are shittier Ubers that haven't dropped, that would royally fuck OU. Solgaleo's Z-splash set alone would run a train on OU, it has hilarious bulk with recovery and it's ability and sig are much more relevant in OU. Sunsteel Strike ignores Unaware, among other notable abilities, while FMB ignores all manner of intimidates and random stat drops that could otherwise cut a sweep short.
Solgaleo is a fucking monstrosity in an OU environment, what has it fucked in OU are the uselessness of its unique features, it's typing which has a lot of issues in OU, and the fact that all of its roles are better performed by P-Don, who also hard-counters it and is still the most prevalent Pokemon in the tier.
