My only assumption is they wanted Incineroar to be a better Fake out user support for TR setters:
* A bit slow
* Bulky on both sides + Intimidate
* Inmunity to Prankster + Burns
* Decent Sp Atk so he can run Overheat to fuck up over Intimidate.

Just look at Arcanine: he's the most used mon on VGC ladder in Battle Spot. If Incineroar's HA gets released, he will probably see a lot of usage in VGC

I haven't used Incineroar but I think there are much better options for a Trick Room team. Incineroar is supposed to fill the same role as Arcanine, both having intimidate and being pretty bulky. Arcanine has recovery and extreme speed, Incineroar has fake out, U turn and the dark type. There are more differences, but that's the gist of it. He'll probably be a great 'mon in VGC- it's already pretty good even without Intimidate

A relative had a fat cat that would always sit on my lap.

I miss him.

I took in an abandoned white cat and once it got healthy, it turned out to be a Norwegian Forest Cat.

It absolutely adored me, and would go on walks with me to the park, gym, etc... but would happily go out and beat up all sorts of other animals or hunt them down. Feral cats that hung in our complex got chased out (they just moved to another part of the complex, happily), the local raccoon plague got ended by her (the groundskeeper thanked me for that one), then she decided to try pouncing on local pet dogs big and small. Eventually she even tried to take down a giant shore bird when she was with me at the park.

But once she came across someone's sick and dying pupper who was outside for fresh air and was nice to it and the pupper responded back, the owner was thanking both of us for getting it to wake up a bit.

I like Incineroar 'cause cats, but the whole 'violent jerk with a heart of gold for those in need' is essentially my own cat. Also, this is why I like Shiny Litten's line a lot.

Yeah, I definitely think being quad works for him just fine. His overall design is still a tiger, after all.

But that's a really good point re: Torracat. It's easy to see Litten into Torracat, and then Torracat into Incineroar with the four-legged look.

I also admit that "bigger sleek panther Litten"/cannon cat feels way duller than what we got, and people would ignore cannon cat after a short while.

Oh yeah, I wanted to say. I know people talk on weekly threads, but we've definitely had more than two threads the past two weeks even if they all ended up pretty sweet. Let's aim for Saturday at the earliest and next Monday at the latest for the next one and ignore any hate in the meantime.

I also won't complain if we can make these into Incineroar-line threads as well to see what's out there for Litten and Torracat, but also allow new art and thoughts time to be made.
