It's too good a move to be stuck with one pokemon line.
If at least one other Pokemon with good stats or Prankster had access to it...

Motif-wise, which Pokemon fit Topsy-Turvy? On my head I think of Hitmontop, who doubles as the spinner, maybe a the various bat-mons.

IMO, Malamar is best used as a disruptor with Topsy-Turvy, Switcheroo and some support moves but that's not good enough to warrant it a spot on many teams.
