One of my biggest hopes for the anime is to someday see the Team Rocket organization in the field again. Yes they're still operating and flourishing but that's only to continue the TRio's existence. If there's one thing Best Wishes did right, it was making the entire organization relevant again, if only for a slight drop-off thanks to the cancellation of Rocket vs Plasma.
I wanna see something like that but more fullfiled, like Giovanni getting off his ass and traveling to the new region WITH the TRio, establishing a new base, a few episodes where Ash and Co. have to thwart the plans of TR members other than the TRio.
And to top it all off, Team Rocket getting into an underground turf war with the resident evil team. Team Skull might be seen as more of an annoyance, but imagine Rocket trying to terrorize the Aether Foundation's conservation efforts, and eventually finding out about the UBs. Imagine seeing an episode where Rocket invades Aether Paradise. IMAGINE Giovanni having a standoff with Lusamine.

Unfortunately it's very likely it'll either take a backseat to TR's General shenanigans and Bewear nonsense, or become a bad running gag where TR captures Pikachu but Mimikyu's raging bloodlust fucks up the plan and allows Pikachu to get away.

When you watch Yu-Gi-Oh! subs, they use Japanese names.
Japanese Digimon subs tend to use Omegamon instead of Omnimon.

As much as I do get it, it's still a little weird seeing 'Charizard' in the subs while the audio says 'Lizardon'. Funimation does awkward shit like this, for the lack of a good example.

This. Watching the original subs of Thunderbolt Fantasy was an exercise in frustration because the Japanese dialog uses the Japanese reading of the characters' names, but the subs, for whatever ungodly reason, used the Chinese reading. Made it annoying as fuck to keep track of who was who for a bit, especially given a week between episodes.

With Pokemon, most people watching subs are going to know the Pokemon by sight anyway, so it's less of a problem, I suppose. Still, it's not that big of a problem using the Japanese names. The only use the translated versions of attacks anyway because that one approaches the problem from the other end and those are actual translations of meaning, not just region appropriate puns.
