Muk was a trend to help deal with Tapu Lele. The metagame has shifted instead towards other Pursuit users like Metagross, so it's leaving OU pretty soon.

Marowak on the other hand is simply a miracle: it just so happens to wall an enormous amount of the metagame's top threats, while dealing metric tons of damage with Shadow Bone.

Both are anti-meta, but only Marowak will be good enough to stay in OU.
