A Ghost-type Pokemon that appears as an old fashioned television set showing an eye floating atop a cloak of moving images from various television channels, the inside of the cloak completely shrouded in static. People believe that it pulls in unsuspecting victims within the cloak with the ghostly hands of previous prey. It actually feeds on dvds and video tapes, the older the better.
Its ability is Channel Changer, which changes its secondary type (and the color of its eye) to the opponent's primary type
