My favourite rival character. The most competent one, neither a douche or a cocksucker friend. Granted there's nothing to really set him apart from the rest, so the title well is deserved.

This character was the worst. He goes around bragging about how it's his goal to fill out the pokedex. But then he never tells you how many mons he has in his dex and just says he looses. I could literally have two pokemon in the new section of the dex we got and still he'd admit defeat. It's not much of a rival if you literally cannot loose to him. The effort it took to code him could have gone to making the other characters more developed.
