Fossils and Hoenn, Sinnoh, Alolan Starters in non-standard Poke Balls?
Not owning a Heavy Ball Rampardos physically pains me, as does a lack of Friend/Nest Ball Sceptile.
If so, in what game?

It's possible to get Special Ball Starters (Gen 3-4)
I have a HA Treeko sitting in my box.
Thing is, the Pokémon were available only in Black/White on 2012. And only Japan could get them.
To get them you'll need:
Pokemon BW
Poke Transporter
Pokegen

This and the same applies for special ball fossils. I have a Luxury HA Aerodactyl and if I had known gen VII would make it possible for males to pass balls too I would still have Dream HA Cranidos and Dream HA Shieldon.And I'm interested in that special ball HA Treecko of yours.
