Waterfall's a TM in SM, and Ice Punch is guaranteed to come back as a move tutor next game.

You're at least not as screwed as you would be if you wanted something with Power-up punch,

I spent 4 hours checking every mon, and making sure each one wasn't missing a move tutor move. Made sure all the Pokemon that needed bottle caps were level 100. I had about 7 boxes of comp pokemon. Only overlooked 1

save editing is piss easy so just do that
