Okay ill clarify but it seemed pretty clear.
Has anyone transferred a gen 1 pokemon via the transporter and found out that it is a shiny.

nope but I did find a shiny Trapinch in Pkmn Prism this very morning.

glad I caught it. I was careful only using Ludicolos Leech Seed and nothing else.

Can't you just save state and proceed to do whatever you need to do and if you mess up just load the previous save state?

I could but I didn't bother getting the paid GBC emulator for android. the free one does everything except for allowing savestates.

so I guess that adds some difficulty the way it's actually intended to be.

on top of that, Ludicolo would have absolutely annihilated that thing otherwise with because I had Razor Leaf and Surf. so yeah, could only use Leech Seed and the whole party was too strong for it anyway.
