LITREALLY MY 2ND PULL

Is there something that says what all the cubes do? The one in the tutorial gave 100 exp when fused, but I got two more, one only gives 1 exp, the other gives 0 and is unselectable. Are they better for certain types of pokemon? Are they used for something else? I can't find any info on it.
