LO Jolly Blaziken is weaker AND slower than Adamant Mega Blaziken.
Also, since MBlaziken has its bulk increased a little to 80/80/80 and without LO recoil, it won't die to anything and could take resisted or weak neutral hits easier than base Blaziken.

Point is, is just a direct and not so noticeable upgrade over base Blaziken, if your team has Blaziken on it and still doesn't carry a Mega, go for Mega Chicken and free the LO to other Pokémon that could need it.
