Maybe not fastest, but the Aisle Evelup (or whatever) in pelago lets you level pokemon up while you sleep / work / do other life-related things. Toss them in there with duration set to 99, fill the cart with berries, and get on with your life.

First of all, level up the Plaza to Lvl 30 and get a 5 Stars Kitchen with the level up meals.
That Kitchen had two special meals
>Pokémon up to lvl 79 will have their level increased by 7
>Pokémon up to lvl 89 will have their level increased by 9

The Pokémon must have at least 2 Hearts in Refresh for bonus Exp. Make it hold the Lucky Egg and grind in Pony Gauntlet/Battle Buffet/against Morimoto.

At least I did that, thanks to the Kitchen it was basically "easily got a lvl 100 Pokémon per day".

I have 2 rare kitchens 5 star and a bunch of FC from (failed) global missions.

Pretty helpful for shit like tapus and other unbreedables.
