Ability@Form Change
--Allows the bearer to change forms depending on the move used, also adds a stat boost of 1--

Speed boosting moves change it to speed form, gives 1 stat boost in speed
Defense/ special defense boosting moves or protection moves puts it in defense form, gives 1 stat boost in defense or special defense
Attack/Special attack boosting moves change it to attack form, gives 1 stat boost in attack or special attack

If the bearer of the ability changes forms, it loses the stat boost from that previous stat. For example, if it switches from Attack to Defense, it loses the attack boost, but gains the defense boost.

Agreed. 80/120 stats might have done it justice. Attack form could still have 180 in its offensive stats, but at a hefty nerf to its speed.
