I can't see Mirage Island today...

Why was gen3 so fucking bad? I kept checking to see if it appeared but it never did.

In RSE, it was this island that would appear very rarely based on hidden numbers in the game. There was a rare berry on the plot there, and you could catch wynaut on it. Check serebii for more info.

Fucking hated this son of a bitch. After I learned how the game handles RNG for mirage island and the lottery, I spent two hours every day for four months showing him each and every shitmon I caught to fill my to increase my chance of getting to that stupid island and getting that fucking liechi berry. All 420 Pokemon, in every box. On an island where you can't use the bike or run to speed up the time.

I never got it. I thought about just hacking it in, but after all that effort and determination to get it legitimately I didn't even want to think about shortcuts. Sunk cost fallacy is a helluva drug.
