a lot of them would die, some of them would take it but not be happy about it, and some of them would teleport the bullet behind you but with the same velocity

Well since most Pokemon can easily take a hit from boulders, pillars of fire and body parts coated with steel, they'd shrug a bullet off.

if we are taking weaknesses into account, something like diance would shatter into a thousand pieces if the caliber is large enough and there is enough powder behind the bullet. for something as frail as A-Ninetales, a 9mm shot literally anywhere would probably be enough to be lethal or almost lethal

Things like Ditto or Grimer would probably live, a majority of Steel types would tank it, even unevolved non-legendary shit like Scraggy or Cranidos could potentially shake it due to their skulls being that thick
