Eh, with moody he isn't bad at all while stll not being unstoppable, but smogon hates fun so he gets the shaft outside of cart play. I've seen plenty of moody Glalie in battle spot singles that do well, but he just doesn't have enough options, since you pretty much have to use protect and sub, leaving him with very few sets.
