What to choose?

1 is too bland, don't go with it unless you want to add more detail to the body later anyway.
4 is terrible.
5 might be made to work, but as-is doesn't flow. Maybe if you put leaves somewhere else too.
6 is bad.

2/3 might be your best bet, but something's still off. Maybe have the leaves run the full length of the forearm?
You should still add some extra details to the body. Imitation leaf bugs have wider parts with 'eaten' holes to simulate leaves better. Not just a spray or two.
Also the posture of the middle legs is bad, make them like the back legs.
