It's not possible now due to the Tapus, but I used to have an Umbreon in my main OU team. It's pretty damn good. It can take anything, has Wish/Baton Pass support, can use Yawn to force switch or make the opponent fall asleep. It may not seem much, but the bulk is really good.

Tier guy here. Oh no question, Umbreon has amazing bulk. It always gave me trouble back in Gen 2, but nowadays Umbreon kinda gets shutdown with Taunt and it lacks any real offensive presence. I would not say it's bad, but it is limited in use.

In Eevee friendly though keep in mind Flareon can usually defeat its other siblings one on one, and was actually #1. It was always paired with Leafeon too. But yeah, I guess this would apply to general battling.
