That pretty much nullifies every Ghost-type Pokemon, which are either pseudo-corporeal spectres or possessed inanimate objects, neither which fly in the restrictions of the level of realism chosen by the artist.

Honedge being a bug is super weird for sure, but I can see why the artist chose it, an elongated abdomen with a tapered waist is a great biological analogy to Honedge's shape.
