Breeding: SM. Being able to send add Eggs with a fully party and mass check IVs through the PC is just way too good.
Training: ORAS, due to hordes and Super Training being much better than SOS battles.

ORAS for training, however SM does have a feature where you can automatically EV train your pokemon but it takes like a day to get a stat to 252.
