Besides UBs rely on their Beast Boosts, and seeing how Marshadow outspeeds them all except Pheromosa they'd probably switch out in order to not give Marshadow a free boost via Spectral Thief. If anything this thing is a huge UB deterrent

Only thing holding it back is a mediocre ability which doesn't fit it's best attacks.

Definitely getting checked at least. It has a damn good defensive typing along with a damn good offensive typing. Anything that can beat it gets out sped and murdered because it has All Elemental punches. Nothing resists it's stab, either. LO Jolly can ohko tapu lele with just Shadow Sneak alone, provided there's no terrain.

I predict Ubers. Spectral Thief and Close Combat is nearly flawless STAB coverage and it has good attack AND speed while still having passable bulk to boot. It's going to get suspect tested at the very minimum.

I say medium-high OU.
It lacks the combination of power, bulk, speed, and bullshit to be top-tier OU or Ubers, but it does have nice power and speed. It's fast enough to be a great revenge killer, Technician means it can run interesting moves, allowing for variety (Or spamming Pursuit!). I can see it showing it's face in regular OU, but not on every team.

Remember, shit like Hoopa-Unbound is OU now. I don't see how this thing is significantly better than Hoopa Unbound, unless it wins the Tutor jackpot.
