This thing has the speed, and also gets auto +1 from electric terrain and has fairy stab. It's nuts.

Bulu's positives seemed jaw dropping on paper:

Fini's lack of recovery and Scald burn(on grounded opponents) threw off some people, but I guess they underestimated the usefulness of a insta-Safeguard.

Why do people use Scald on Fini when they can use Surf? I know you can still burn fliers/levitaters even under Misty Terrain, but is that really worth the loss of power?
