What would an Ice-type legendary with an ability that boosts its best offensive stat when hit by a Fire, Ground or Steel-type move and reduces the damage it takes from them be like?

Ice/Fire
Ability: "Molten Core"
Cracking/melting the icy exterior allows it to release internal pressure and energy more easily, allowing it to literally blow off some steam.

Design is probably another quadripedal lizard/dragon with a frozen exterior comparable to Kyurem, but with heat showing through as a glowing stomach effect like Kyogre, glowing tongue, and steam/smoke pouring out of its mouth and/or through vents on its back/neck.
