No, Ash is still 10 years old. He does not age. He was confirmed to be 10 during the Best Wishes series, he was confirmed to be 10 again a year and a half ago, and he is still 10 until stated otherwise. All this "he must be 11 now...or maybe he's 14" discussion is just headcanon nonsense.
