Hydregion's flaws that invalidated it's effectiveness was it's 98 speed. A shitload of offensive pokes can run circles on it. Other than that:

>Not Pursuit bait unlike Latios
>Not 4x Ice weak unlike Chomp,Mence,Nite
>Levitate gives it 2 type immunities
>FREAKING Roost and U-Turn access

It had tons of useful positives, but its one negative outweighed them it seems.

Why is it one or the other? just make pokemon of moderate strength. Steal some designs off tumblr and steal the stats off some nuggetbridge or smogonfag theorymonning thread. What purpose is a shitmon like Toucannon or Turtonator going to serve with what you've given it?
