Shift Gear + Steelium Z/Flash Cannon Timid set can lead to some snowballed sweeps if you play it right.

But the safest, more popular set is AV Modest Pivot/Tank.

Go for what fits on your team OP.

Since Magearna is not very fast, Timid won't make much of a difference. Plus you have Shift Gear to make that even more irrelevant.

I would suggest dumping your EVs into Special Attack and HP to make it a bulky Special Attacker. Regarding moveset try this:
- Fleur Cannon / Dazzling Gleam
- Flash Cannon
- Shift Gear
- HP Water (to cover both your weaknesses)
