I can't defend Relicanth, but Vikavolt with +1 Special Attack at that point in the game with Special moves would have been a nightmare to deal with, unless it only had one Special STAB or something.

I thought totem Vikavolt had Discharge up its sleeve, which would have made perfect sense since its allies were Charjabug.

I managed to kill the totem in two Accelrock hits, so I never got to see its full moveset.
