Pretty good, Froslass' ability does seem a bit odd though. Maybe give it an ability like Snow Warning instead?

Plus Magcargo's speed boost seems a bit redundant. Why not keep its speed at 30, boost its HP to 90 to give it some extra bulk, and give it an ability like Solid Rock or Sturdy?

I think Slowking should be a mirror of Slowbro

Slowbro is a Physical wall that can increase with special defense easily with Calm Mind, I would make Slowking a special wall who can increase his physical defense easily with some move.
