I'm trying to make a lightning rod alolan raichu with fakeout

First of all, Alolan Raichu doesn't even get lightning rod, only its original form does.

Fake Out + Encore is a pretty damn nice support set for doubles. It also scares people into not picking Tapu Koko if they have one on their team preview since most people don't want to deal with a lightning fast Encore at all.

It's a shame how malasada Raichu only has one ability. I would expect more versatility from the fat guy, like another 2 abilities.
