Will he be the villain in the Sun/Moon sequel?

This is such a misleading head line... he's not suing to evict people who want to stay there and don't want to sell, he's suing because Hawaiian land ownership laws are weird and a lot of the owners don't even realize they own the land at all because it's been passed down and split up through multiple Generations. One of the people who does live on the land he wants to buy is actively helping him with the lawsuit, and said that it is because otherwise the county would reclaim the land for failure to pay taxes from family members who didn't even realize they owned the land. He's not doing anything shady, whether he is actually a dick or not.
