It makes for some crazy moments, and you really gotta rethink your strategy. Runs fine on N3DS, only small dips sometimes.
Once had a battle where my only pokemon left was a frozen dragonite and everyone completely ignored it focusing on eachother trying to get enough points to win. I thawed out 3 turns later and took the winning kill with a boosted dragon claw.

I can confirm this is absolute bullshit.
I probably get max 15 FPS at any given time in a double battle let alone in a four way, where I get like 10.

I got it with a Meowth in the low 20s. Figured I'd pickup grind while looking for Bagon and I had the worst luck finding one. Found the Destiny Knot well before finding Bagon

I think it's an alright alternative to grinding bp at the tree. The ai is so weird it got a chuckle out of me aa few times. The lag is torture, though.

I like Royale in concept because the idea of strategically killing mons to rack up points while not dying makes for interesting tactics. Problem with the mode for me is the AI is absolute garbage that seems to only gang up on you and piss you off. I imagine Royale is fun with friends but not everyone has 3+ friends with 3DS's.
