Its up to you, you can get one from the GTS, or make it the SOS way.
the way I breed my mons is by using a 4IV ditto and a shit IV mon and look for one with better IVs then swap them whenever I get either a perfect 5IV or 6IV mon, it takes more time but it's less "cheating" i guess

I'm currently levelling 18 Dratinis in Pelago. Originally I had planned on using them to fill my living dex but well, I finished it (excluding Type: Null) before they all finished. They are all level 46 so they'll be done in about 3 more sessions.
