The problem is Duggy. This is about removing Duggy, which is probably going to be included in a suspect somewhat soon, probably the one with Lele, where it gets >80% ban rate and gets kicked out, with no one missing it.
Trapping is busted, I honestly think breaking Stall isn't crazy hard even now but that's because my ladder team has no breakers that lose to Duggy, but if something has to get banned, it's gonna be Duggy.

If duggy gets banned then I'm done with Smogon. He's only doing the same thing he has been doing for 4 gens.

So they have to either A: Kick out Duggy, and finally nerf Stall by allowing Wallbreakers to get a kill without dying 100% of the time afterwards, or B: Let Goth back in, now the Duggy resistant Wallbreakers are countered and Stall is 100% matchup-based.

Want to remove stall 100% of the time? Run Shed Shell Xurkitree.
Tail Glow, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Hp Ice removes anything stall has to offer except maybe Unaware Clefable who still loses if it took some prior damage.
