injected doesnt necessarily mean illegal. the real question is why does it matter? for all you know they were breeding rejects that someone spent years perfecting. life is pointless

No and nobody can tell if they're illegal just by looking at them. At this point, mostly every hatch pokemon would be considered illegal since mostly everyone uses a 6iv ditto that they either hacked in or got from trade
