I prefer Colosseum personally. Replayed GoD recently but could never get into it as much as I could with Colosseum.

XD is more of a game and shadow pokemon are more varied. Colosseum's storyline and level curve didn't feel uniform and the only shadow move was shadow rush. Also that shadow metagross was fucking bullshit to catch

Play them both in order.

Replaying Colosseum right now but not enjoying it too much. Not much choice in Pokemon to use

Colosseum has better atmosphere, but that's all it has going for it. Gale of Darkness fixed nearly every gameplay issue with the first.

I wish they'd bring these out on the Wii U VC so I can play them away from the tv. Not really feeling setting up my gamecube again.
