You'd still want bulk to be able to take hits and set up the Aqua Ring to. Even with Lefites+Aqua, you could still very well be 2HKO'd by a strong move.

You don't want to sp.def or def for Wishiwashi at all unless it's the throwaway 4. Wishiwashi should almost exclusively be used in Trick Room, I believe. You can however just make it Modest with like 108 Spe, Max Sp.Atk and the rest in HP if you dont have Trick Room ready.

So last night I caught, trained, and leveled up an Absol to 50. I heard it has the ability Super Luck. That combined with a scope lens and using moves like Night Slash means it can land crits 100% of the time. Cool, right?
