Life Orb Clanging Scales Focus Blast Flash Cannon Flamethrower is the only set it can run that's not flat-out inferior to something else.

Clanging Scales is a fucking incredible move, and even that doesn't save it.

I could see it getting Drain Punch, Superpower, Gunk Shot, and Earth Power from tutors. That might help it.

Hey now, it's worlds better than Crawdaunt. That thing can't outspeed shit even after a DD and is better of with a Choice Band. Scrafty is the same way, DD just doesn't suit it. And Kommo is a hell of a lot better than Tropius, Lapras, non-mega Altaria, and Whiscash too.

Pheromosa hits 223 Speed.
Adamant Kommo-O nets 137 and that's only 205 after DD.
You need 150 at minimum to guarantee to Outspeed, since 149 hits 223,5, and the game round the numbers down.
Max Speed Jolly Kommo-O hits just the 150 needed, making unable to invest in Bulk since you'll ned max investment in attack to mitigate the loss for the nature.
