Are you just trolling or actually retarded? The DPP games basically delete the data on the FRLG/RSE games and copies it into DPP. It doesn't use any wifi services whatsoever, its all done locally on the game. Same thing with the transfer of DPP/HGSS to BW/2.

With BW/2 to XY/ORAS, its using a wireless service hosted by nintendo so there's fees involved in order to help maintain the servers that everyone uses. I'm sure they could get away with doing it for free, but $5 is such a minuscule amount its easy to pay

No it doesn't. .pkm files are about 300 bytes, 3000 of them are less than 1 GB. That's a drop in the ocean for cloud storage. Regardless, it shouldn't be necessary to use to transfer between gens, it's not $5 worth of storage and there's no reason you couldn't store 100 boxes on cartridge. This is not a company that is struggling for money, it should be included in the game price.

pokebank is a better solution to have another 3ds with another same pokemon game, in my case i have friends with pokemon X/Y and i no need pokebank in his first release date but in omega ruby i wanted all my pokemons in the new game. Yes, because GF is planning on having Pokebank be the means of transferring pokemon for all future generations, including when the games move on from the 3DS. Having files be on the SD card would limit them to only the 3DS's encryption schemes for protecting from hacking, and would further prevent smooth transitions to future consoles.

Besides, this is the cheapest options we've had to transfer Pokemon in the series. $5 a year is very little. If you wanted to transfer betweens games before, you were forced to buy another console. Gen 3 and 4 had Pokemon Box and My Pokemon Ranch respectively, but those still cost extra money. Pal Park was free, although the original DS and DS Lite were special cases in that they actually had two physically different game slots.
