This is the set i used around when gen 7 dropped, never really used him since. Works well as a revenge killer and late game sweeper

With Z-Hypnosis and Tail Glow it's pretty good, but you have to be lucky with the sleep.

I suppose if you set up on a wall or encore'd a wall it might work
