My strat with the swollen mosquito is to have Poison Jab, Leech Life, Superpower and 4th move. Run the fightnium z on him and get a free ohko and free attack boost then use superpower with +1 attack on everything until something outspeeds you and kills you from the defense drops. He's strong af and fast it's useful

It's an amazing tank. Lunge is crazy broken, the Attack drops are clutch. No Leech Life because you already have Roost.

Ice Punch for Landorus-T. Poison Jab for Tapu Fini. All-Out Pummeling for Magearna and stuff.
