I'm working on it. Fosstroll is gonna have two alternate evolution. The first is a Norwegian Mountain Troll at level 40 no matter gender. The second one is a Huldra that only evolves when you give a female Fosstroll a Dawn Stone

Mimicodo is supposed to be a mimic but I hate what his design became. It evolves at level 30 and will take out 10,000 of your funds to evolve.

Wallaton trades speed for bulk. It doesn't evolve until presented with a dawn stone. The idea is the dawn stone is the shinier than any of the loot it has, exciting it and making it evolve.

I was thinking the evolution would look more like a large serpent-like dragon with fully developed wings, gold coins stuck between its scales and the Dawn stone forming a large gleaming horn on its nose.

First time posting my fakemons, I would love some feedback.

I have finished my fake evolution of Banette.

I thought it would evolve at lvl 50 when it has full hearts in amie. It would become ghost/fairy in this new form.

I took inspiration from BJD/asian dolls and banette's mega evolution.

Boulderolls are gigantic, massive pokemon that roams the mountains. They are incredibly rare to find wild. Boulderolls lacks the intelligence and social skills of Fosstrolls so they just likes to wander around without any thought an idea. Because of Bolderolls massive weight they walk very slowly and get very tired so they falls asleep at the very spot they stand. When they sleep they begin to form a mountain in order to not get spotted by other people and pokemon.

As suggested by >>31411237 , giving Wallaton a shining stone causes it to evolve. Immediately after receiving the stone, Wallaton launches its treasures into the air, blasting it with a heated blast. The molten treasure falls and coats the body of the fully evolved pokemon.

I'd say the water starter is probably fine as is, but the other two could be a LITTLE bit more distinct from the middle stage. Something as simple as changing the colors to be just a bit darker does a lot.

My game starts in a farm, so the easy way out was thinking about farm animals, but I'm really afraid of making 'meh' creatures.

The first route is the usual bug/flying finding route and then you'll get to the first cave. I'm really not wanting to go with the bats, for example.

make the grass starter a bit fiercer looking, and put a monster hunter kaiju like edge on the water starter. I thought that was the direction and then suddenly it's wushu grandpa. I'm seeming more like a plated dragon build or something. Deer is good but could use a bit more twist than just "bigger antlers and now fire" which is a problem with Typhlosion already. Just my two sense.

Some people liked this one, so i'm posting it again
It's a sparrow that evolves into a cockatiel that evolves into a cockatoo. They're based on how cockatoos scream, have long hair, and bang their heads, like headbangers. The last evo's colors are based on Kiss (its tongue is also very long).
First two are Normal/Flying and the last one is Dark/Flying.

Only thing I'd consider changing is to remove the branches on the base and just give it balls for hands, since the branches are removed in the final stage and replaced by the "scarf".

Grass and Water starters are good in final stage. Fire line could use a touch up. A lot are pretty plain or straight up just my mom's animal. Only about 20% would be feasible, and that's from someone who likes simple designs. If you dropped the Sugi style and rendered them to the modern look a lot would look boring. I think the vampire bat line is an example of a simple yet decent design though.
