Fairy/Fight, Poison, Fire, and Ground are pretty great offensive typings.

Fire/Grass sounds like an amazing offensive typing.

Normal/Ghost seems like a great defensive typing

Here's an idea I came up with for Normal/Ghost. A Shrödinger's Cat Pokémon with an ability that has it choose a type at random upon entering the battlefield. You don't know which it will be until you send it out.
