Aegislash is clearly an entirely different thing. He's both offense and defense. Smogon would rather just ban it because it's offensive. That's why it was banned anyway. Not because of its bulk, but because of its "unpredictability" in its moveset. It could be a special attacker and a physical attacker. If you're really interested on what's probably on the radar to be banned anytime soon:

1. Tapu Lele. It's basically on the "too strong" basis like Lando-I is, it's not a complicated ban. It's a little slow, but Scarf still hits harder than most banded/specs users (thanks, Psyshock!). It warps the meta a bit, to the point that Pursuit Mega Metagross is showing up everywhere since so little else can nullify its presence. Even then, it can't really switch in reliably on Hidden Power Fires. It's not like it's unreasonable to deal with, like with Aegislash (it being everywhere warps the meta to deal with it), but its presence absolutely makes a big impact on the metagame, as anything it counters is practically unviable (same as aegis). It's not a guaranteed ban by any stretch, but it's almost certainly the next suspect.

2. Dugtrio/Mega Sableye. There's a lot of debate on this one, but Smogon REALLY hates it when stall gets a good trapper. We've seen through ORAS that trapping + mega sableye causes issues, but it's super dependent on who feels like pointing fingers to what. In ORAS it was abundantly obvious that it was Sableye's fault, but the blame was pawned off on Gothitelle because there was some reasonable doubt that Sableye could be broken without her presence. That theory ended up being wrong, which is why Sableye left the tier in round 2. The same thing is happening again: if you poll high level tournament players, their #1 thing they want to ban is Dugtrio, because it's the Pokemon with the single largest impact in high level tournament play. Liken this to the Gen 4 wobbuffet ban, where Wob wasn't as strong in ladder play, but ruined the tournament setting. Tapu Lele has better odds of hitting a suspect because how it effects more rungs of play, but tournament players are really pushing to make getting rid of Trap Stall a priority.

Bruh, at the start of Gen 7 OU, aegislash was almost the most used mon for the first month, even though it was banned during the second half of that month. Also, shouldn't you be celebrating the fact aegislash is banned, due to its popular set of sub toxic being the epitome of stall?

Mega Mence was banned because it was incredibly obvious that it was going to be ridiculous, and smogon had some sort of test ladder 2 weeks before ORAS release and it was proven there.

Greninja was banned for the same reason Genesect is banned right now. Genesect gets a free +1 on top of a huge movepool. In Gen 6, Greninja's protean effectively gave it +1 to all its moves that weren't STAB already. Gunk Shot gave it that one extra option that made its move pool too much to handle, in the context of the ORAS OU meta. It isn't banned now because the meta changed.

Also, one must keep in mind that these offensive threats screwed over balanced and offensive teams just as much if not more than stall teams.

Now are the more controversial ones. Mega Mawile and Blaziken. Mawile is banned because of it having the best typing in the game, the highest effective attack stat in the game, SD and sucker punch, which was easy to set up due to Mawile forcing so many switches, and a neat sub + focus punch set. Blaziken was banned because speed boost with great STAB coverage meant it couldn't be revenge killed, and if it SD'd up, sweep really easily. Baton pass was the cherry on top.

I'll say it again, these mons were just as if not more annoying and effective against offensive teams as they were against stall. You need to stop thinking that "banning offensive mons = increasing stall viability".

Stall or not, it's not like those Pokemon are banned to take away your fun. They have been known to break the meta and restrict teambuilding and generally make things not fun. I love Aegislash and Greninja, and I fully accept and understand their ban.

I wouldn't know though, because I play Doubles. A format where stall is practically impossible, though other types of defensive play can still work fine. All four of those Pokemon in your image are allowed. And it's still a frontier out there, there's much more room to invent your own movesets and teams (Shuckle, who is godly in Doubles and only a meme in Singles, doesn't even have a Doubles analysis) and you get to fight a much larger variety of enemy teams than in Singles, as far as I know. This is a meta where my bros like Mudsdale and Torkoal are easily viable and have been helping me yield tremendous results.

At any rate, the only reason at all Smogon makes rules is to make the game more fun. They don't love stall, they just want to be rid of things that can barely be countered at all, especially Mega Salamence. If you hate stall so much, why not try and tailor a team to beat it? Just Taunting already shuts down a load of em.
