I was recently replaying SoulSilver and Silver is way more of an edgelord than Gladion. Gladion at his maximum edge still liked his pokemon, whereas Silver was constantly calling his pokemon weak whenever he lost to you.

Guzma, since he's a violent bully who never tries to redeem himself or learn unlike Silver. He calls himself destruction in human form and claims to never have been afraid of anything, which are also very edgy things to say.

But he described himself as "your boy" once so he's apparently cool, funny and impervious to criticism because of that.
